Any age, any level
Private lesson
60 or 90 minutes
One-on-one time on court. Bec builds the session around whatever is costing you points right now — a serve that breaks down under pressure, a backhand you avoid, footwork that arrives late.
- Video of your strokes, sent to you after the lesson
- A written practice plan for the week
- Balls, ball machine, and loaner racquets provided
Ages 5 – 18
Junior development
60 minutes
Red, orange, and green ball progressions for beginners; match strategy, point patterns, and tournament prep for players chasing a UTR or a high-school lineup spot.
- Level-appropriate ball and court size
- Tournament and USTA scheduling guidance
- Progress report for parents every six weeks
Groups of 4 – 6
Adult clinic
90 minutes
Live-ball drilling with real points, not just feeding. Doubles positioning, poaching, serve-and-return patterns — the parts of the game that actually decide league matches.
- Drills built for USTA league play
- Split the court with friends or get matched to a group
- Runs weekday mornings and Saturday
B1 – B4 and wheelchair players
Blind & adaptive tennis
60 minutes
Sound-adapted tennis with an audible foam ball, tactile court lines, and a smaller court. Bec coaches players across the full sight spectrum, plus wheelchair and standing adaptive tennis.
- Sound-adapted balls and tactile line tape provided
- Guides and family members coached alongside the player
- Sliding-scale pricing — ask, it is never a problem

About a week turnaround
Send footage from your phone. You get back a narrated frame-by-frame breakdown of your serve and groundstrokes, with three specific things to change and the drills to change them.
- Slow-motion side-by-side against tour technique
- A narrated video you keep
- One 30-minute follow-up call
Blocks and standing slots
Ten private lessons booked together are $780, a saving of $70. Standing weekly slots hold your court time through the season.
Semi-private
Two players share a court for $110 an hour, three for $135. Bring a friend, a partner, or your kid.
Nobody is priced out
Sliding-scale rates exist for adaptive players and for families who need them. Ask. It is a two-sentence conversation.
Questions
Before you book
Do I need my own racquet?
No. Bec keeps loaner racquets in every size, from junior 21-inch frames to adult, and provides all balls. Bring court shoes, water, and a hat.
I have never played. Is that a problem?
It is the most common way to start. Complete beginners spend their first lesson rallying, not doing footwork drills in a line. You will hit balls on day one.
What happens if it rains or the heat is dangerous?
Lessons move to covered courts at Lee LeClear or reschedule at no charge. In July and August most sessions run before 9:00 am or after 6:00 pm.
How does blind and adaptive tennis actually work?
The ball is a foam ball with a bearing inside, so you hear where it is. The court is smaller, the net is lower, and depending on your sight classification the ball may bounce up to three times. Bec has the equipment and coaches the full B1 to B4 range.
Can my kid and I take a lesson together?
Yes. A semi-private for two is $110 per hour and parent-child sessions are one of Bec's favorite things to teach.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or move a lesson up to 24 hours ahead at no cost. Inside 24 hours the lesson is charged, except for illness or weather.
Do you take on tournament players?
Yes, including UTR and USTA junior tournament schedules, high-school lineup preparation, and college recruiting video.
